The University of Central Florida LEAH program (Labratory for the Study of Eating, Appearance and Health) is looking for parents of 6-11 year olds to participate in a study on their family's eating habits.

The survey took me about 1/2 hour this time, and I was able to choose between a Target or Walmart $10.00 gift card when I was finished.  UCF will be sending out a follow-up survey that will take about 30-45 minutes, and at the end of that one you will also be able to choose a giftcard!
